We took part in numerous institutional arbitrations under the rules of the ICC, the DIFC- LCIA Arbitration Centre, the CCAT (Conciliation and Arbitration Center of Tunis) etc.
Our law office has also represented the Republic of Tunisia in several investment arbitrations.
Mr. Ouerfelli is also member of the board of directors of the Libyan Center for international Commercial Arbitration (LCICA), a guest lecturer teaching arbitration in the faculty of Law and political Sciences of Tunis. He is also a speaker in different conferences on arbitration in Tunisia and abroad.
